AICE Media Studies AS

In this blog I'm going to be showing a couple of my hobbies and personal enjoyments. First of all why am I taking this class, Not only does this class give me credits due to it being AICE it's about something i genuinely enjoy and appreciate. When i found out the main task of the course was to come with a source of media I could not stop thinking about all the topics and ideas I could choose from. I will put some pictures of things I enjoy and the college I would like to go to! I'm a sneakerhead!  I love sports as well it does go hand and hand somewhat. This is what most likely the topic I will touch on my magazine.  I can't live without music! I appreciate all types of genres in music But my favorite genre easily is Hip-Hop; my favorite artists are Nas, Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar I want to have the college experience! I've been raised to be  hardworking, intelligent, and responsible Going to college is easily the most important thing my family has done a lot to

 What I Am Looking Forward To In This Course: I am looking forward to the process of this blog and how I will be able to look back and reflect on my previous statements. I am looking forward to seeing my finished magazine  I am looking forward to learning from the research I will be conducting from the process. What Makes Me Nervous About This Course: I am nervous about going through the struggles and failures throughout the course   I am nervous about working with websites and programs I have not yet worked with I am nervous about deadlines that must be met throughout the course What I Hope To Gain/Learn In This Course: I hope to gain knowledge in medias such as film; these medias surround me throughout my everyday life and I enjoy seeing a renown film and seeing what makes them so special. I hope to learn how to use some new programs and websites that I can use in my life. I feel excited to see where this course will take me and what I like the most is the progression I will be able

      Hey, welcome my name is Jordan and this is the introductory blog to a series of blogs. These series of blogs will be used in my AICE Media Studies foundation portfolio. As of now through the process I will be working individually.   For my project the main task I will be completing the 4-page magazine  The magazine will include:  a cover page contents page double page spread The main objective of these blogs will be to: Show the process in which I research, plan, and produce my media Show edits, reflections, and key moments in my process of producing media  Show what contribution I made while  participating in a group Show the final finished product Show my creative critical reflection     Throughout the process I will be creating different types of post the se will be i ntroductory/preliminary, research, planning, production, reflection posts     I hope to represent my ideas and creation clearly through the series of these blogs throughout the process of completing my magazine.
